Lily is a company with warmth. We focus on creating a good office atmosphere, and also attach great importance to maintaining good relationships among colleagues in daily life. Every year, we hold team-building activities. We believe that enjoying a quiet time without any worries after busy work is of great benefit to the physical and mental development of employees.
At the end of the year, with the joyous atmosphere of the double holidays filling the air, our company embarked on an unforgettable team-building trip, covering Suzhou, Shanghai, Wuzhen and Hangzhou. The scenery and joy along the way, when thinking about it now, still feel warm and beautiful.
The first stop of the journey was Suzhou, where the gentle water-town style unfolded like an ink painting before our eyes. We strolled along the ancient flagstone roads of Pingjiang Road, with white walls and black tiles of the Jiangnan dwellings on the street, and the black-awning boats gliding leisurely in the river. The oars swayed gently, creating ripples, as if rocking out stories of thousands of years. The pavilions, terraces, and towers in the Humble Administrator's Garden are scattered in a picturesque disorder, and the rockeries and ponds form a delightful contrast. Every step presents a scene, and every corner reveals the delicacy and elegance of ancient garden art. Colleagues took pictures one after another, wanting to freeze this Jiangnan charm in the frame.
From Suzhou to Shanghai, the bright night view of the Bund dazzled us. High-rise buildings stand tall, neon lights flash and interweave. By the Huangpu River, the surging river reflects the brilliance of the city. Walking among them, it feels like being on the magnificent stage of an international metropolis. We lingered in the modernity of the Lujiazui Financial District, walked cautiously on the glass corridor of the Oriental Pearl Tower, and felt the bustling crowd on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Everything here shows the vitality and charm of Shanghai, and also fills us with infinite reveries about the future development of the company, just like the city's skyline, with unlimited possibilities for upward growth.
Leaving Shanghai and arriving in Wuzhen, bidding farewell to the hustle and bustle of the city, it was a different kind of warmth. This thousand-year-old ancient town preserves the purest living atmosphere of the Jiangnan water town. The green flagstone bridges span the leisurely small rivers, and the small shops on the street are filled with a dazzling array of traditional handicrafts, exuding a simple charm. We sat around the tea house by the river, drinking the steaming unique smoked bean tea of Wuzhen, and enjoying the ancient stage across the river, where the singing of Yue Opera was tactful. We were immersed in this rich cultural atmosphere, and our hearts became soft and peaceful. In this waterfront town, the relationship between colleagues became even closer. We accompanied each other through the alleys, looking for the beauty hidden in the corners, chatting and laughing, as if time had slowed down.
The last stop of the journey, Hangzhou, welcomed us with its charming West Lake. In winter, the West Lake, although not as colorful as in spring, has a kind of quiet beauty. The lake is covered with a thin mist, and the distant mountains loom faintly. The Leifeng Pagoda appears more simple and solemn in this hazy setting. We cycled along the lake, with the breeze blowing on our faces, and laughter spilled all the way. We shared the bits and pieces of life and work with each other, and the pressure at work seemed to dissipate with the wind. In Lingyin Temple, with the curling incense smoke and the melodious bell, everyone felt the tranquility and peace brought by this pure land with a pious heart, silently praying for the new year.
This team-building trip during the double holidays is not just a simple outing, but also a relaxation and recharge for our souls. On every inch of land in Suzhou, Shanghai, Wuzhen and Hangzhou, we left our footprints and laughter. These beautiful memories will turn into the bond of team cohesion, accompanying us in the new year, moving forward hand in hand, and writing a more wonderful chapter for the company together.
