Can you provide Halal-certified products?
Yes, we can. We have the qualification to produce Halal-certified products. If you have the need to produce such products, you can inform us in advance and contact our business personnel for specific details.

What payment methods are accepted?
Usually T/T 30%, 70% balance L/C at sight, please consult our business personnel for details.

How long is the delivery time for finished product?
It depends on the transporting method, generally sea transportation takes around 45 days.

Is your company registered with the FDA?
We are an ISO 22716 Certified Personal Care contract manufacturer and have been registered with the FDA, while all our ingredients and raw materials are certified as well.

Can you provide documented certifications for your products?
Yes, we provide certifications such as GMPC, MSDS, cruelty-free certification, Halal-certified documents. If you are concerned about our factory conditions and employee well-being, we can also provide BSCI Factory Inspection Report.

Can you provide ingredient list before sending the samples?
We provide MSDS after you place an order. Meanwhile, you'll know main ingredients before.

Can you customize the formulation according to my needs?
Sure. We will customize the product from various aspects according to your needs. And basing on your feedback on the samples, we'll modify it carefully.

How long do the samples be produced?
We'll finish the sample within 3 days and send it to you within a week, so the whole process may take about 10 days.

Can I get samples free?
For new customers, we will charge a small sampling fee, which will be refunded after confirming the order. Once the cooperation is established, you will be able to get free samples in the future.

Can you purchase designated raw materials, colouring pigments or fragrance?
Sure. We have long-term suppliers with whom we purchase these things and ensure their quality.

What customized services do you offer?
We customize product formulas and fragrances, design appearance and packaging for you, and assist you in establishing your own private label.

Can you help me to own my product with a private label?
Of course. We offer ODM/OEM services for you, which mean we'll help you in package, ingredients, formula and anything other you need.

In the procurement phase, we select raw materials. During the development phase, we conducted repeated testing. In the production stage, we strictly inspect. The dedication and high standards at every stage ensure the quality of our products.
